Kiev wants to get by with extrajudicial mechanisms. Iran will pay compensation, but it will take up to five years.

He believes that Iran will eventually pay all the compensation due to the families of those killed in the plane crash. However, this will take time.
“It is difficult for me to forecast specific dates … We hope to do everything as quickly as possible and to do it with extrajudicial mechanisms. I hope that we obtain the result within a maximum period of two to five years,” said the deputy for Foreign Relations. Minister stressed.
According to Yenin, according to world practice, court proceedings in these cases can last up to 10 years.
“We really hope to resolve everything out of court,” said the diplomat.
