Turkish-Ukrainian businessman TUID dies of COVID-19

Kherson public figure Vitalia Bogdanov wrote on Facebook that Bulut died on the morning of December 7 in a hospital in Istanbul, Turkey.

The man fell ill with coronavirus in Kherson, then was hospitalized in a medical facility abroad.
