Erdogan congratulated Azerbaijan

Recep Tayyip Erdogan pointed out that for 30 years Azerbaijan was deceived at the negotiating table.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated the people of Azerbaijan for the “liberation” of the city of Shushi. Anadolu agency reports.

“The liberation of Shushi is a symbol of the rapid liberation of the remaining occupied lands of Azerbaijan. On my behalf, the members of my family and all the people of Turkey, I congratulate my brothers on this important victory,” Erdogan said.

According to him, the Minsk Group of the OSCE for 30 years “misled” Baku in the negotiations and ignored the interests of Azerbaijan.

In turn, the Armenian side does not confirm the loss of the city of Shushi.

It should be remembered that the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, announced the capture of the city of Shusha in Nagorno-Karabakh by the Azerbaijani army.

Earlier, Aliyev announced that the Azerbaijani army during the offensive took control of 16 more settlements in the Khojavend region.
