“Every passenger who arrives from abroad by air transport as of December 28 and by land transport after December 30 must present a negative result of the PCR test,” said the minister.
According to him, citizens without a negative test will not be able to enter the country. Visitors will have the opportunity to do tests when they enter Turkey, otherwise they will be quarantined, he said.
Khoja emphasized that the test must be done within 72 hours before arriving in the country.
The restrictions will be valid until March 31, 2021.
