The Turkish authorities have decided to toughen the mask regime due to the coronavirus pandemic.
This was reported by “RIA Novosti” with reference to the order of the country’s Interior Ministry.
Protective masks are now required to be worn in all public places, including streets and parks.
We will recall, previously in Turkey in quarantine due to the coronavirus, it was prohibited to travel in vehicles while standing. The ban does not apply to subways, trams, subways and other rail vehicles.
Note that in early September, the country’s Ministry of Health announced the second peak of the first wave of coronavirus. Increased incidence was recorded in Gaziantep, Sanliurfa, Mardin, Erzurum. In one day, 1,596 new cases of contagion were known in the country, which is a record since mid-June.
