Truce in Nagorno-Karabakh: Azerbaijan reported civilian death

As RBC-Ukraine wrote, yesterday the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Azerbaijan, with the mediation of Russia, agreed to an armistice in Nagorno-Karabakh. The negotiations between the representatives of Baku and Yerevan lasted more than 11 hours.

Let us remind you that today at 12:00 local time, the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh agreed in Moscow came into force. Baku and Yerevan were almost immediately accused of violating the ceasefire.
