According to information from the Turkish authorities, a pleasure boat named “Baba Selyavi” went to sea on a one-day excursion program. There were 32 foreign tourists on board, including Russian citizens. The area of the cape near the Alanya fortress and sank, passengers were quickly landed on a nearby sandbar in anticipation of rescuers. Subsequently, all of them were taken ashore to receive medical assistance, their lives are out of danger, “says the message.
It is also reported that as a result of search and rescue operations, the body of a Russian citizen born in 1983 was found in the hold of the sunken ship.
