The US Treasury Department included Ukrainian MP Andriy Derkach on sanctions lists for allegedly trying to interfere in the 2020 US presidential elections. The department reported exactly what restrictions the MP is subject to.

Judging by the text, the sanctions provide for the freezing of Derkach assets located in the jurisdiction of the United States, as well as a prohibition for US residents of mutual agreements using these assets.
