The meetings of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on the solution of the situation in Donbass lost their meaning due to the presence of “militants as representatives of the occupied territories”, and have now become a “courtyard”.
This was stated by the representative of the Donetsk region in the negotiations at the TCG of the Ukrainian delegation Denis Kazansky. He shared his opinion on the air of the Pryamoy channel.
“On the one hand, we do not break the negotiations, but on the other hand, there are no negotiations as such. That is, this skirmish is taking place. And today, in principle, all the time we discuss exactly what kind of people they are, why are they present ”, emphasized the journalist.
He noted that the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG demands that the OSCE “clarify the status of the militants in the negotiations”, because it is impossible to agree on anything “in such an atmosphere.” According to him, the Ukrainian side is trying to convey this to the moderators of the mission.
“If this continues, and they do not take the situation under control, there will be no leaking of people … Or let Russia officially hand us a note in which these” representatives of the public “will be pointed out as the fact that the Ministry of Relations Foreign Russia includes them, because such a procedure is possible. But so far what is happening is really like a courtyard, “said Kazansky.
He specified that only then “the militants will be able to attend the meetings as representatives” invited from the Russian delegation.
