A lawsuit was filed in the Kiev District Administrative Court demanding the closure of the electronic filing register.

The plaintiff was the Altayur company, which owns the servers where the statements are stored, Ukrainskaya Pravda writes referring to the lawyer Vladislav Vlasyuk and a copy of the complaint available to them.

It is observed that the company demands to recognize as illegal the actions of the National Anticorruption Agency by decision of the Constitutional Court, which canceled the article according to which the agency must store and publish statements. the complainant believes that the legislation does not now provide for such a possibility.

The NAPK told the publication that they are not yet aware of the lawsuit. At the same time, they referred to the statements of the head of the agency, Alexander Novikov, in which he said that now the servers have been detained for “the fact of embezzlement and misappropriation of budget funds” during their tenure.

In addition, Novikov said that the wife of the Altayur owners works as a consultant at the Constitutional Court.
