Olimpik Donetsk President Vladislav Gelzin spoke about the coronavirus outbreak in his team, so the team cannot prepare for the UPL next round match against Zorya Luhansk.
“Now we have learned the results of the tests. As a result, 13-14 people got sick with us. There are only a couple of players left. Therefore, the remaining equipment goes into self-isolation. Unfortunately, we just don’t have anyone to play with with Zorya. All goalkeepers are sick, so we can’t put an outfield player in the goal. This is not an option. The representatives of the technical body and the staff got sick, so now we have contacted the UAF and the UPL, we informed them about our situation. We will ask them to postpone the match, ”Gelzin said.
We add that on matchday 10 of the Premier League on November 21, Olimpik had to meet Zorya Luhansk.
