A new source of fire broke out on Monday October 5 between the villages of Nizhneteploye and Artem in the Lugansk region. This was reported by the Stanichno-Luhansk Regional State Administration.
According to her, the fire started as a result of arson. “Suddenly, even where there were no fires in 2014-2015 after the large-scale bombing of the Grad. The horse fire is approaching the electrical substation,” the message says.
