October 20 is the only day in October that parliament plans to meet for a plenary session (on other days, due to the coronavirus outbreak, MPs work in committees, commissions, and factions). This is the deadline for Verkhovna Rada to approve and send its proposals on the state budget project for 2021 to the Cabinet of Ministers, said Parliament Speaker Dmitry Razumkov.
Yevgenia Kravchuk, vice president of the Servant of the People faction, said that around 5,000 amendments to the bill were submitted. The rate, on the basis of which the Ministry of Finance calculated the main indicators for the coming year, is set at the level of 29.1 UAH / $.
The deputies examine the draft law on the state budget of Ukraine according to the three-read procedure. The deadline for approval of documents is December 1.
