“According to the language, yesterday it was published that we had already made a decision, but today it was only on the agenda. The case has been heard for a long time, repeatedly, it is of great volume,” Tupitsky said.
The head of the Constitutional Court said that he, as a judge of the Constitutional Court, cannot say “what will be the decision or how it was voted as the basis”, otherwise he will have to write a rejection and withdraw from the case.
“It is difficult to imagine that the Constitutional Court will unconstitutionally oppose the people of Ukraine and will not try to improve the issues of nationality, culture, language of the Ukrainian people. To understand it, I will say: there are no special problems there. There are issues of national minorities, etc. Parliamentarians know better than I do that the next law will be approved, that it should regulate this issue in general. What is the HLE afraid of? Because it is possible that the second law, which would resolve all issues, for some reason reason is not adopted ”, he added.
According to Tupitsky, now any decision of the Constitutional Court “will be twisted, distorted and will cause a stir.”
