The mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, carried out a second test for COVID-19 on Monday, October 26, which came back positive. He spoke about this in a briefing on October 28, informs the correspondent of the “GORDON” edition.

“I feel good, happy. All the time on the phone, in contact with city services. A lot of work, even though I am at home in self-isolation […] Hopefully the following tests [на COVID-19] it will be negative, “he said.

The head of Kiev described the symptoms of the coronavirus infection.

“A little voice sat down, I don’t smell any odor. A sporting past and a strong immune system are fighting the virus, ”he explained.

The fact that Klitschko fell ill with COVID-19 became known on October 24. He did not vote in local elections.

An outbreak of coronavirus infection began in late 2019 in China. On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the spread of the coronavirus a pandemic.
