People’s Deputy of the “Servant of the People” Oleksandr Dubinsky said that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to make a decision on the introduction of a blockade.
People’s Deputy of the “Servant of the People” Oleksandr Dubinsky on his Facebook page said that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to introduce a total shutdown.
According to him, the government intends to introduce a blockade from December 24, 2020 to January 15, 2021.
The People’s Deputy did not give details about the introduction of quarantine restrictions in Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ministers has not yet announced the introduction of a blockade.
In Ukraine, in recent days, the daily incidence of COVID-19 has been recorded in more than 16 thousand patients per day. So, on the morning of November 28, 16,294 new cases were detected in Ukraine. On November 26, 16,218 COVID-19 patients were identified in Ukraine. On Sunday, November 29, the country registered a decrease in cases to 12,978 new cases per day.
On November 25, it became known that the Cabinet of Ministers and the Office of the President of Ukraine are considering possible options to introduce a blockade due to the spread of the incidence of COVID-19. Minister of the Interior Arsen Avakov November 26 urged to introduce the blockade throughout Ukraine for three to four weeks as soon as possible.
In an interview with GORDON Editor-in-Chief Ales Batsman, the Deputy Head of the President’s Office Kirill Tymoshenko said that after the third weekend of the “weekend quarantine” (November 28-29), the Ukrainian authorities would decide whether to introduce a closure or not.
Now the country has restrictions on the “orange” quarantine zone, and on Saturdays and Sundays until the end of November – “weekend quarantine”.
