UAF First Vice President Oleg Protasov confirmed the preparation of the national team to the match with Switzerland and all the necessary efforts made by the UAF for the match to take place.

The team was ready to pass the Covid-19 tests again to confirm the presence of at least 13 healthy players, but we were turned down, all our efforts were canceled.
Although the test results obtained immediately after returning to Ukraine in a UEFA accredited laboratory proved our case.
Let us remember that the fight did not take place due to the prohibitions of the doctor of the canton of Lucerne due to the appearance of new cases of contagion in the camp of the Ukrainian team.
There are several options for the development of events: the first is a technical defeat for the Ukrainian team (defended by Switzerland), the second is the organization of the match, the third is the determination of the result by draw (victory, draw or defeat of the blue-yellows).
