Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree on the extension of certain sanctions against Russia, but some of them were lifted. This is stated in document No. 184/2020, which is published on the website of the head of state.
Among those punished is the granddaughter of Italian politician Benito Mussolini, Alessandra Mussolini. In November 2018, she was an observer in the “elections” in the so-called LDNR. In addition, restrictive measures were lifted for nine people, among whom five were members of the “electoral commissions” of the “DPR” and the “LPR”.
Furthermore, the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, which was signed by the president, restores access of Russian software to Ukrainian business structures or government agencies.
The Russian manufacturer of the corporate information system Parus was removed from the sanctions list. And in the end, sanctions were lifted against nine companies in this group. This software is used to manage government agencies, local governments, and corporations.
Furthermore, there are now three sanctions companies in the IT field with Russian roots: Sapran Ukraine, Mont UA and GISINFO. In general, the sanctions of 12 companies were lifted.
