Heating in Ukraine will go up in price
After the increase, the weighted average tariff for the supply of heat to the population of 23 companies amounted to 1,121.71 UAH / Gcal.
On Thursday, December 24, the National Commission that regulates the energy and public services sector raised the rates for heat production for 23 cogeneration and cogeneration plants.
The lowest rates for the population were increased for the Dnieper CHPP (5.5%), most of it for European reconstruction (by 49.7%).
In addition, the tariffs for the CHPPs of Novorazdolskaya and Novoyavorivskaya (by 37.1% and 34.1%), Belotserkovskaya CHPP (33.2%), Sumyteploenergo (by 25%), Chernigovskaya CHPP (by 24.1%) %), as well as two cogeneration units KP Miskteplovodoenergia (33.5%) and KP Khmelnitskteplokommunenergo (29.3%).
After the increase, the weighted average tariff for the supply of heat to the population of 23 companies amounted to 1,121.71 UAH / Gcal. At the same time, the highest rate for the Severodonetsk CHPP is 1,471.54 UAH / Gcal, the lowest for the CHPP-2 Eskhar (Kharkov region) – 653.99 UAH / Gcal.
NEURC substantiated the need to increase rates through a significant decrease in the volume of heat production, an increase in the wage fund, an increase in the prices of fuels and energy resources, as well as an increase in the costs of services for the distribution of natural gas.
Note that in January Naftogaz increased gas prices for heating and electricity by 13.5%, to 6,103.10 UAH per thousand cubic meters.
