The real reason for the departure of the Ukrainian coach Yuri vernidub Soligorsk Shakhtar was not family circumstances (as reported by the club’s version), nor the team’s sporting results (departure from the Europa League of the little-known Moldovan club Sfintul Gheorghe) and not even financial aspects.
The main reason is reported to be the personal conflict between the Ukrainian coach and one of the leaders of the Belarusian club.
According to the information available to the source, the Ukrainian specialist’s disagreements with the Shakhtar leadership arose earlier, but the “cup of patience” has now run out, after which Vernidub decided to complete his work in Belarus.
Now the Ukrainian specialist and his coaching staff are in Soligorsk and plan to return to Ukraine in the near future.
Vernidub became the head of the Belarusian club in November 2019, after leaving Zorya Luhansk, who trained for 9 years.
It should be noted that at the moment Saligorsk Shakhtar is taking 1st place in the Belarusian championship standings.
