The Verkhovna Rada registered a draft resolution №4393 on the removal of the people’s deputy from the “Servant of the people” Danil Getmantsev from the post of head of the financial, tax and customs policy committee.

Getmantsev wants to be fired “in connection with unsatisfactory work at the position.” This was reported on the Rada website.

More than 30 people’s deputies were the promoters of the relevant draft resolution.

As of Wednesday, November 18, the text of draft # 4393 was missing.

According to Getmantsev, the decree is due to the fact that he strongly opposed the bill on reducing the VAT rate for farmers.

“At yesterday’s committee meeting, we considered bill No. 3656 on reducing the VAT rate for farmers. It provides VAT incentives at a rate of 14%, although the VAT for all is 20%. We categorically opposed it. Unfortunately, they had more votes in the committee, they approved the bill and brought it to the room. We did not have enough votes, I spoke categorically against, “the head of the committee told NV.

Getmantsev believes that the Rada has no right to provide benefits to “one of the few industries that makes good money at a difficult time for the country.”

The Popular Deputy also stressed that the project does not comply with the regulations of the Rada.

As OBOZREVATEL reported, on the eve of the Verkhovna Rada mono-majority rejected bill No. 4313-D, which provides for a 1-year postponement of the mandatory use of cash registers (cash registers) for individual entrepreneurs.

The document was urgently inscribed in the Rada after large-scale protests that took place under the Rada walls on November 3. Nor was it possible to accept it in the first attempt, there were not enough votes from the people’s deputies. Later the document was revised and forwarded to the room, but the deputies ruined it again.

What preceded

On Tuesday, November 3, more than 1,000 individual businessmen came to the Verkhovna Rada to protest.

Under the motto “The detachment is a civilization!” Representatives of the small legal business demanded that the people’s deputies prevent the adoption of two bills on the return to all FLPs without exception of the right to work without the use of settlement transaction recorders (RRO).

Otherwise, in the opinion of the businessmen, the deputies will support the corrupt and “shadow” officials who do Ukraine the greatest damage: financial and reputational.

As of January 1, 2021, a series of legislative and regulatory acts on the use of cash registers for certain categories of entrepreneurs will enter into force in Ukraine. The legislative innovations initiated by the head of the Verkhovna Rada Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Committee, Daniil Getmantsev, were publicly discussed and supported by specialized small business associations.

The information forced people to attend the rally on the intention of interested business groups to approve two bills through the parliamentary lobby – No. 3853-1 and No. 3853-2.
