The committee did not consider President Volodymyr Zelensky’s bill
Committee members recognized that the bill complied with the standards of anti-corruption legislation.
The Verkhovna Rada Anti-Corruption Policy Committee supported the bill №4304 on resuming the electronic declaration in its original form, the authors of which were the speaker Dmitry Razumkov and more than a hundred deputies from different factions. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine on Tuesday, November 3.
“The committee members acknowledged that the bill complied with the standards of anti-corruption legislation. The committee recommends that the PR put it on the agenda and accept the draft as a basis and in its entirety.” 6 committee members voted in favor of this decision, 4 abstained and 2 opposed. “
It is also stated that the committee did not consider President Volodymyr Zelensky’s bill.
We will remember, at the end of October, Vladimir Zelensky submitted a bill to the Verkhovna Rada On restoring public confidence in constitutional justice marked “urgent”. The president asked that the decision of the Constitutional Court of October 27 be recognized “null and void” and in such a way that it was done under conditions of a real conflict of interest.
