The decision on the appointment of the Shkarlet Minister of Education will be taken tomorrow in the session room.
The Verkhovna Rada Education Committee did not support Sergei Shkarlet’s candidacy for appointment as minister on a permanent basis, committee secretary Natalia Pipa said on Wednesday, December 16.
Of the 11 people who voted, Shkarlet’s candidacy was supported by five.
“I recommended that the VRU hall decide tomorrow. Therefore, tomorrow we will receive a response in the hall,” said the popular deputy.
It should be noted that, in addition to the Minister of Education, in the coming days, the Minister of Energy, the candidate Yuri Vitrenko, and the Minister of Veterans Affairs, Yulia Laputin, who is to replace the fired Sergei Bessarab, may be appointed.
Roman Opimakh may also be nominated for the post of head of the Ministry of Ecology.
