In Vasylkiv, a protest action was organized near the house of the President of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Oleksandr Tupitsky. There was a fight between the law enforcement officers and the participants in the action.

About 30 cars drove to the city of Vasilkov, located 20 km southwest of Kiev. This city is included in the “red” quarantine zone, where there is a restriction of massive events (no more than 20 people). That is why the police do not let activists in.
Let us remember that on October 27, the Constitutional Court declared unconstitutional the article “Declaration of false information” 366-1 of the Penal Code.
This KSU decision angered Ukraine’s international partners and the public. The KSU organized an action and threw smoke bombs at the building.
Please note that the judges of the Constitutional Court support President Dmitry Razumkov’s bill and are ready to give an explanation for their decision on electronic declaration. They revealed their plan to overcome the crisis.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the IMF mission will not reach Ukraine due to the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to cancel the electronic declaration.
