“Servant of the People” presented its mayoral candidates from 21 regional centers, as well as the cities of Slavyansk, Donetsk region and Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk region.

The Servant of the People party at the congress on August 31 presented its mayoral candidates from Ukraine’s regional centers and cities in local elections to be held this fall, reports the GORDON correspondent.

The candidates for Servant of the People were:

  • in Vinnitsa, the head of the regional state administration of Vinnitsa, Sergey Borzov;
  • in Dnipro, Sergei Ryzhenko, chief physician of the Mechnikov Dnepropetrovsk Regional Hospital;
  • in Zhytomyr – rector of the State University “Zhytomyr Polytechnic” Viktor Evdokimov;
  • in Zaporozhye – Vitaliy Tishechko, First Vice President of the Zaporozhye Regional State Administration;
  • in Ivano-Frankovsk – director of the construction company “Melnik” Alexander Bogachev;
  • in Kiev – People’s Deputy of “Servant of the People” Irina Vereshchuk;
  • in Krivoy Rog (Dnepropetrovsk region) – Dmitry Shevchik, General Manager of the Central Mining and Processing Plant;
  • at Kropyvnytskyi, the banker Olga Kovaleva-Alokili;
  • in Lviv – the deputy of the Lviv City Council of the seventh convocation Taras Klyfa;
  • in Nikolaev – businessman, president of the public organization “Future of Nikolaev” Tatiana Dombrovskaya;
  • in Odessa – Oleg Filimonov, a comedian, former member of the Gentleman Show;
  • in Poltava – the developer, the president of the sports club “Poltava” Sergey Ivashchenko;
  • in Rivne, Vitaly Koval, president of the Rivne regional state administration;
  • in Sumy – the people’s deputy of the “Servant of the people” Tatyana Ryabukha;
  • in Slavyansk (Donetsk region) – Deputy of the Slavic City Council Olga Altunina;
  • in Ternopil – Viktor Gevko, comedian, author and actor of the show “Kraina U” produced by the studio “Kvartal 95”;
  • in Uzhgorod – deputy of the Uzhgorod city council Viktor Shchadey;
  • in Kharkov, the president of the Kharkov regional state administration, Alexey Kucher;
  • in Kherson – the rector of the Kherson State Agrarian University, a former deputy of the Kherson City Council of the “European Solidarity” Yuri Kirillov;
  • in Khmelnytsky – deputy of the Khmelnytsky regional council Inna Yashchuk;
  • in Cherkassy – Vitaliy Ilchenko, owner of a group of companies for the production of agricultural chemicals “Ukravit”;
  • in Chernivtsi, businessman-restaurateur, president of the regional organization of the Servant of the People party Vitaly Druganovsky;
  • in Chernigov – a businessman, the former head of the local party cell Udar Yuriy Tarasovets.

Local elections in Ukraine are scheduled for October 25. Elections will be held throughout Ukraine, except for Russian-occupied Crimea and certain territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The electoral campaign starts on September 5.
