In Petropavlovskaya Borschagovka village, near Kiev, a group of people illegally detained people, allegedly in a rehabilitation center. This was reported by the police of the Kiev region on Sunday, March 21.

In the so-called “rehabilitation center” several dozen people were illegally detained for unknown reasons, most of whom do not suffer from alcohol or drug addiction. These people were kept in harsh conditions, with metal bars on the windows, the victims were strictly forbidden to go out. center “were tortured”, – it says in the message.

The day before, law enforcement officers received a message that in the city of Irpen, near one of the skyscrapers, three unknown men tied up a man and forcibly pushed him into a car, after which they disappeared in an unknown direction.

The police determined the whereabouts of the car in which the victim was kidnapped. At this address was one of the “rehabilitation centers” of the village of Petropavlovskaya Borschagovka. This “institution” does not have permits to carry out any medical practice.

Six people participated in the commission of this crime, five of whom were arrested. They entered into agreements with the relatives of drug addicts, they received a lot of money for their treatment, but in reality they did not carry out treatment, they tortured people.

Now law enforcement officers are searching for the sixth defendant and identifying other people involved in the commission of this crime.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated under the article on illegal imprisonment or kidnapping of a person. The sanction of the article provides for a punishment in the form of restriction of freedom for a period of up to five years or imprisonment for the same period.
