The OSCE’s special surveillance mission yesterday registered seven tanks at the site near a residential area and three armored personnel carriers in residential areas on the territory of the Russian-controlled Lugansk region. This was reported on Wednesday October 14 in the daily report of the OSCE SMM.

Also, on the test site close to n. the town of Miusinsk (62 km southwest of Lugansk), observers noted a towed howitzer (D-30A “Zhaba”, 122 mm), a self-propelled howitzer (2S1 “Gvozdika”, 122 mm), a tank of undetermined origin and four anti-aircraft missile systems (9K35 “Arrow-10”).
In the training ground in the area of n. Ternovoye village (57 km east of Donetsk) 9 tanks of undetermined origin were found.
Another 9 tanks (probably T-72) were seen near np Pokrovka (36 km east of Donetsk).
The SMM also observed three armored personnel carriers in residential areas.
