The Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv National Air Force University has also released bank details and contacts for those who want to help the families of those killed in the An-26 military plane crash.

The details of the official bank card and the telephone number of the contracting person who can be contacted to request assistance are published on the university website.

“Call People from all over Ukraine express their condolences to the families of the victims and want to support them in difficult times. KhNUPSi has identified a person to whose card funds can be transferred, ”said the Air Force Command.

An An-26 military plane crashed on September 25 at approximately 8:50 p.m., two kilometers from the Chuguev military airport as it landed.

There were 27 people on board: officers and cadets from the Kharkiv Air Force University named after I. Kozhedub, were conducting a training flight.

25 people died at the scene of the accident, a cadet died in hospital from burns incompatible with life. Another managed to survive: he is being treated, his condition is assessed as moderate.

So far, not a single body of the plane crash victim has been identified. The DNA test will take 2 to 3 weeks.

The GBR is considering four versions of the An-26 military plane crash.

On Saturday, September 26, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived at the scene of the accident. He declared September 26 as a day of mourning in Ukraine.
