In Kiev, the armored vehicle of the late oligarch Yevgeny Shcherban was filmed. Before that, the exclusive Chevrolet Caprice was last seen in the 90s.

This is reported by TopGir. Shcherban’s car is noted to have been noticed at one of the capital’s gas stations. Despite the fact that all these years the armored Chevrolet was in Ukraine, it disappeared from view immediately after the murder of a businessman in 1996.

Interestingly, the sedan still has the same numbers. According to unconfirmed information, the murdered businessman’s son, Ruslan Shcherban, is now driving the car.

The car was seen at the service station. Rumor has it now being driven by the son of an oligarch

Note that Yevhen Shcherban was considered the richest man in the country in the 1990s, now he is often called “Ukraine’s first oligarch”. In the archive photos he can be seen surrounded by the well-known Rinat Akhmetov and Sergey Taruta.

Evgeny Shcherban was assassinated on November 3, 1996. On that day, he flew by charter plane from Moscow to Donetsk. The businessman was shot at the exit of the plane at the airport in the mining capital. The same Chevrolet Caprice was driven to the catwalk, but the oligarch did not have time to get on it. In addition to the businessman himself, the oligarch’s wife, an aircraft mechanic, and an aircraft flight mechanic also died.
