The general “red” quarantine zone regime could be introduced to halt the increase in incidence, the department explained.
The “red” quarantine zone regime can be introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers for the whole of Ukraine. This is stated in the material of the RBK-Ukraine publication, published on Wednesday 9 September.
“In case the epidemic situation worsens, the government may be forced to introduce a ‘red zone’ regime for the entire country in order to curb the increase in incidence,” the Ministry of Health said in a comment for publication.
We will recall that Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said that there was no economic opportunity to stop the country for two or more weeks. Therefore, according to him, it is not planned to repeat the strict total quarantine of the country.
