At a supermarket in Kiev, a man threatened to blow up a grenade after receiving a comment about a mask. The stalker was arrested, facing up to seven years in prison.
RBC-Ukraine reports this with reference to the Kiev Police.
The incident is reported to have occurred in one of the supermarkets on Kudryashova Street in Solomensky district. The man entered the room without personal protective equipment, so he received a comment from the guard.
“Ignoring the request to put on a mask, the visitor began to argue and took a grenade out of his pocket, threatening to detonate it,” the statement said.
The 38-year-old native of the Cherkasy region turned out to be a stalker; During his arrest, an RGD-5 grenade and two signal rockets were confiscated. The police establish the origin of these munitions.
A criminal case was opened on this fact under article “vandalism”. The offender faces up to seven years in prison, the pre-trial investigation continues.
