The list was shortened once again in the context of the second wave of coronavirus in the world. Ukraine was again not included in the list.
The European Union has updated the list of countries from which it is recommended to lift entry restrictions. This was reported by the press service of the Council of Europe on Thursday, October 22.
The EU has again shortened the list: citizens of Canada, Georgia and Tunisia will no longer be able to travel freely in Europe. At the same time, Singapore was added to the list. Ukraine was not included on the list again.

However, residents of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and the Vatican should be considered EU residents in this recommendation.
