Now Vladimir Putin is not planning a phone conversation with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky. However, the proper dialogue can be agreed through existing communication channels.
In general, the Kremlin has not announced specific talks of the Russian president. This was announced on November 25 by Vladimir Putin’s press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, reports TASS.
