The kidnapper of the girl was quickly arrested
The maximum punishment a man faces is a prison term of up to fifteen years.
The malefactor, who kidnapped the girl near Kiev, was reported on suspicion of having committed three crimes. This was reported by the National Police Department in the Kiev region on Saturday, August 29.
Investigators from the Boryspil police department, under the procedural direction of the local prosecutor’s office, announced the 29-year-old man suspected of having committed crimes under the articles on illegal imprisonment or kidnapping, sexual violence, attempted crime, rape (Part 2 of Article 146, Part 4 of Article 153, Article 15, Part 4, Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The maximum punishment for a man is imprisonment for a period of 10 to 15 years.
Let’s remember that yesterday at a gas station in the city of Boryspil, an unknown person kidnapped a 4-year-old girl. He put her in a car and disappeared in an unknown direction.
The police located and immediately arrested the kidnapper. It turned out to be a 29-year-old local resident.
