The heating season in Ukraine should start on time. Today the country is 90% ready for the new autumn-winter period.
This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denis Shmygal, reports the government website.
Shmygal said that the government immediately after the appointment gave priority to ensuring all conditions for successful preparation and the passing of winter.
“All Ukrainian families, kindergartens, schools and hospitals must be heated in winter. We have all the conditions for this. Today we see consistently high fuel reserves in thermal power plants and thermal power plants, we have record gas reserves,” said the first Minister.
He also instructed the heads of the Regional State Administration, the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, the Ministry of Energy, the State Property Fund and Naftogaz of Ukraine to quickly solve the problem of problematic thermal power plants.
We will recall, earlier the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko said that the capital is ready to start the heating season ahead of schedule, if necessary.
At the same time, the heating season is known to be under threat in more than 60 cities.
