Ukraine needs a judicial system that earns the trust of the people

Diplomats praised the efforts of reform supporters to deal with the consequences of the scandalous decisions of the Constitutional Court.

The ambassadors of the G7 countries (Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Canada, France, Japan and the United States) in a meeting with the president of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Razumkov, called on the Ukrainian authorities to take decisive measures in the situation with the Constitutional Court.

This is stated in the message of the US presidency of the Support Group for G7 Ambassadors in Ukraine, published on Wednesday, November 4 in Twitter.

Thus, the ambassadors approved the efforts of the defenders of the reforms in the fight against the consequences of the scandalous decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and suggested to act more decisively.

“To resolve the crisis, swift action is needed, then joint efforts must be made to further strengthen Ukraine’s anti-corruption institutions and create a judicial system that will win the trust of the people of Ukraine,” the message says.

We will recall, earlier Razumkov prepared a bill, which is proposed to restore the rights of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, canceled by the decision of the Constitutional Court.
