The first hotel was opened in the Czech capital, which will only accept coronavirus patients, Novinky reports.
This four-star hotel is located in the center of Prague and belongs to the Czech Inn Hotels chain. It is intended for people who have learned during the trip that they are sick, as well as for sick residents of the capital, who fear infecting their relatives while they stay at home.

“Hotels are empty now and many people have nowhere else to go in their situation, so we decided to do something useful,” explains a company representative. According to her, the first days of work in the new regime have already confirmed the great demand for this service.
Customer service at the “coronavirus” hotel is completely contactless. In the hotel itself, communication with the administrator is done through a special monitor, and the keys are left on the doors of the rooms.
You can order food remotely in the kitchen, as well as order food or medicine through the delivery service.
In accordance with hotel rules, guests will not be allowed to stay out of their room except when they need to go to the doctor or pick up the delivery.
The hotel staff, who clean and maintain the kitchen, wear protective suits.
After check-out, the rooms will be left empty for one day and then completely disinfected. In common areas, disinfection will be done daily.
According to the Association of Hotels and Restaurants of the Czech Republic, now about half of the hotels in Prague are under threat of closure due to the consequences of the epidemic, and in the regions, about 30%. Since March, about 10% have stopped working.
Due to the constant deterioration of the situation in Prague, they are opening a large field hospital, and they are also negotiating with other countries on the treatment of those infected by COVID-19.
