The chief medical officer, Viktor Lyashko, stated this in an interview with Radio Liberty.

As Lyashko pointed out, in Ukraine the amount of the fine for violation of quarantine is not the same as in the European region. He added that the ministry proposes to increase the amount of the fine from 170 to 17 thousand hryvnia.
