The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) set the official exchange rate at 28.11 hryvnia per dollar on November 17, 2020. The rate is less than 1 kopeck lower compared to the previous banking day.
This is evidenced by the data on the regulator’s website.
The official exchange rate of the hryvnia against the dollar on November 17 is set at the following level: 28.1120 hryvnia per dollar (-0.0038 hryvnia). At the same time, the dollar exchange rate as of November 16 is 28.1158 hryvnia per dollar.

Therefore, the official rate falls for the second day after it rose for three consecutive days.

Interbank
The dollar exchange rate on the interbank market at 10:00 a.m. on November 16, 2020, on sale compared to the close of the previous session, increased by 2 kopecks to 28.14 hryvnia per dollar, the rate of change in purchase up to 28.12 hryvnia per dollar. The exchange rate of the euro for sale increased by 12 kopecks to 33.25 hryvnia per euro.
Forecast
According to the forecast of analysts, the dollar against the hryvnia will gradually decline during the week. The most likely scenario is the preservation of the current dynamics and the price of 28.10 hryvnia per dollar.
