The governments of Germany, Lithuania and France are increasing the quarantine and imposing a series of strict restrictions to combat the spread of COVID-19.

In France:
- To go to work, buy groceries, go to the doctor or take a short walk near the house, you must issue a pass. The same system was in the spring;
- restaurants have closed since Friday due to the introduction of a self-isolation regime;
- the internal borders of the EU will remain open amid the situation with the coronavirus;
- Visits to nursing homes will be allowed under strict protocol;
- all employees will be transferred to remote work;
- universities are shifting to distance education;
- Kindergartens, schools and universities will remain open.
In Germany lPeople will be allowed to meet in public only with their relatives or with two households, no more than ten people.
In the country, bars, discos, pubs or other catering establishments will only be open to take away.
Under the new restrictions, hotel stays will only be allowed for good reason, and cinemas, theaters and sports facilities, particularly gyms and swimming pools, will be temporarily closed. Cosmetic studios, massage parlors and tattoo studios will not be operational.
Schools and kindergartens will remain open, although new hygiene protocols will be required of them.
In Lithuania, the authorities decided to cancel all events and meetings in the country for two weeks. Exceptions are: funerals, sporting events without spectators, cultural events in an enclosed space.
In closed spaces, the number of people is limited to 200, they must keep their distance and wear masks. In the open space, events can be held with the participation of no more than 400 people keeping their distance.
