According to Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko, the dollar exchange rate will not change much in Ukraine until the end of the year, however, some fluctuations are possible. The minister stressed that the IMF factor is quite technical in nature. It affects the situation with the export-import exchange rate, the entry of foreign currency into the country, the flight of foreign currency from the country, investments.
