Since, as a result of the “revolutionary reforms” that swept through the Ukrainian police after the well-known events of 2013-2014, the internal affairs departments / departments in transport were abolished, law enforcement officers began to elaborate a much more realistic with a delay of several hours.

It seems much more credible than the rumors that flooded the Ukrainian social media segment about the “spy operation” with the “liquidation” of Ms Nikaelo.
It is noteworthy that the townspeople unanimously insist on the resignation of Interior Minister Arsen Avakov. Not because it dispersed the transport police (“so that it would not be the same as in Russia”), but because of the impossibility of putting things in order at least in and around Kiev. This audience is closer to the version of an attack on a foreign woman by some homegrown repeat offender, at least from Donbass …
