Today, in Odessa, near the 16-story building, they found the body of a deputy from the Fontansky Village Council, who jumped from the balcony. RBC-Ukraine reports this with reference to the local police.

According to preliminary data from police authorities, the body of a 49-year-old man was found near the doors of a sixteen-story building on Académico Zabolotny Street. Police believe the man jumped off the balcony on the 13th floor.

It should be noted that the police authorities began an investigation under Part 1 of art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, that is, the intentional murder marked “suicide”. The body of the deceased was sent for a forensic medical examination.

At the same time, Fontansky village council deputy Sergei Kolodyazhny on his Telegram channel said the deceased was the head of the village council’s land commission. Kolodyazhny pointed out that this could be murder.
