In Ukraine, private clinics and private doctors have started enrolling those who want to get vaccinated against the coronavirus. They promise that the Chinese drug from Sinovac Biotech will appear on the domestic market in 2-3 weeks. About that Correspondent.net it was known from sources in clinics.
The preliminary cost of one dose will be $ 110 (about three thousand hryvnia). Some clinics offer a dose of 4500 hryvnia. But this price does not include a medical examination before vaccination, the cost of which ranges from 300 to 700 hryvnia.
According to doctors, the Sinovac COVID vaccination is carried out in two stages (two doses) with an interval of two weeks. Therefore, the price of vaccination for one person will be at least 220 dollars.
Please note that so far in Ukraine, no coronavirus vaccine has been registered and it has not passed state certification.
Furthermore, the Sinovac vaccine has not yet received the results of the third phase of trials.
Previously, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the COVID vaccine should be received in January. Ukraine is not yet included in the list of 92 countries that will receive the vaccine as a priority, the head of state admitted.
