The reason for this was the adoption by the Supreme Court to consider the appeal against the ruling of the Kiev Court of Appeal, according to which Oschadbank was granted permission to execute the decision of the International Commercial Arbitration.

The financial institution believes that “the judicial system of Ukraine is used to harm the interests of the state and Oschadbank.”

“These illegal actions cast a shadow on the national judicial system and create risks for the investment climate in the country,” Oschabank said.
