The suspect’s accomplice in the murder of Kiev musician Alexander Derevyanko, according to the investigation, stole expensive instruments from the musician’s apartment and also hid the clothes of one of the accused with blood stains. He was informed of suspicions of complicity and theft and was arrested.
Law enforcement officers in Kiev have established the involvement of the third person involved in the murder of the famous musician Alexander Derevyanko. This was announced on December 7 by the press service of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kiev.
The 31-year-old from Kiev helped two accomplices cover up the murder, which was aimed at taking possession of the property. Furthermore, according to the investigation, the malefactor stole musical instruments from the victim’s apartment. He was arrested.
At the suspect’s place of residence, the police conducted a search, during which the stolen instruments were seized, as well as the clothes of one of the defendants in the crime with traces that looked like blood.
The aggressor was informed of the suspicion of having committed crimes under art. 396 of the Penal Code (concealment of a crime) and part 3 of art. 185 (robbery).
On December 7, the court decided to take him into custody, Hromadske reported. The suspect is Andrey Podoba, 31 years old. He works as a physical trainer at the Sport Life club in Kiev.
During the trial, Podoba claimed that another suspect – Denis Mamedov – I ask him to move things from one apartment to another. According to the suspect when he entered the apartment – saw the murdered musician, after which Mamedov apparently forced him to participate in the concealment of the crime by threatening him with a knife.
According to “Strana”, 35-year-old Mamedov – also a physical trainer (according to information Vgorode, worked at Sport Life). The third suspect is Yuriy Tumansky, a 31-year-old Luhansk native, a graduate of the investigation department of the Luhansk Institute of Internal Affairs.
Mamedov allegedly took guitar lessons from Derevianko and strangled him during one of the classes.

Derevianko was 65 years old. He has worked with many Ukrainian stars. The musician’s disappearance was known on November 22.
According to law enforcement officials, the murder suspects tried to hide the body of a man in the Kiev region. They wrapped him in plastic and took him to one of the garage cooperatives, where they were going to pour the body into concrete.
Mammadov and Tumansky was informed on suspicion of having committed an offense under paragraph 6, paragraph 12, part 2 of art. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They face up to 15 years in prison or life in prison.
On December 6, the court arrested the first two suspects.
