As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, the Ukrainian Ministry of Health has updated the list of “red” and “green” areas regarding the situation with the spread of the coronavirus. 38 countries were included in the “red”. The highest incidence rates were recorded in Montenegro, Luxembourg, Georgia, Andorra, and Serbia.
