The Cabinet of Ministers introduced the autumn break in schools in Ukraine from October 15. The decision at the initiative of the Ministry of Education was made at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Tuesday, October 13.

At the same time, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said that after the holidays, schools can switch to distance education.

“The Commission for the Fuel and Energy Sector and Emergency Situations supported the proposal of the Ministry of Education and Science to recommend that secondary education institutions spend vacations from October 15 to 30. Once completed, it is possible to move on to distance education The government agrees and proposes to include this in the holiday decree. ” Shmygal said.

Recall that the quarantine in Ukraine will last until the end of the year. The government is extending the quarantine and will amend the order on quarantine restrictions.

In addition, quarantine restrictions have been tightened. In Ukraine, the allowed number of citizens at public events was reduced and the work of institutions was banned after 22:00.
