Dmitry Peskov has coronavirus
Dmitry Peskov, 52, became ill with a coronavirus. Peskov is an important figure in the Kremlin, although many have formed the opinion that he only conveys Putin’s words.
In fact, Dmitry Peskov is responsible for the entire information policy of the head of the Russian Federation. In parallel, he holds the position of deputy head of the presidential administration under AP chief Anton Vaino.
Peskov learned of the Covid-19 diagnosis today, May 12. Because he is “close to the body” of the first person, readers immediately had a question when the last meeting with Putin took place.
Kremlin reporters note that Peskov appeared in public during a video conference with Vladimir Putin on April 30. A face-to-face conversation with the President, according to Peskov, took place about a month ago.
Putin really is alone during regular Skype meetings with members of the government. Dmitry Peskov did not accompany him during the festive events on the occasion of Victory Day.
Along with Dmitry Peskov, the coronavirus became ill and his wife, Tatyana Navka, 45, a Dnepropetrovsk native. She is an Olympic champion in ice dancing, along with Roman Kostomarov. The athletes received gold medals in 2006 in Turin.

It can be assumed that the athlete found out about the disease a few days earlier, because today, according to her, she already had “normalized blood tests without temperature.” The skater clarified that she and her husband are in the hospital so as not to endanger the infection of the rest of the family.
Dmitry Peskov was afraid of contracting a coronavirus and took all possible measures for this.
First, he wore a virus blocker. After the start of use in the breathing zone, a protective dome is supposed to form, killing up to 99% of viruses. Peskov wore this badge after the pandemic (pictured below).
Second, unlike Vladimir Putin, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and other officials wore a mask in the service. For example, in the photo below, they visit a hospital for coronavirus patients in Kommunarka. Of all those present in the masked image, only Pesov.

They said they had stocked up,” Putin’s spokesman said. But, as we see, all the numerous precautions did not protect him from infection.
Furthermore, Tatyana Navka clarified that before the illness, she and her husband were in strict isolation. At the same time, the wife expressed the opinion that, most likely, the husband “brought” the infection from work. And indeed, there was someone to get infected.
