The children who participated in President Volodymyr Zelensky’s New Year’s video were paid 500 hryvnias and forced to film until three in the morning.
This was announced by the public of Passion on Facebook.
As journalists found out, the “Lot” casting agency recruited children for the crowd scene. The hiring announcement was made on December 25. He said that “girls and boys ages 5 to 8” are required for “New Year’s advertising.”
The shooting was scheduled to take place December 27-28 in one or two shifts. In PM, concerned parents were told that “President Zelensky’s New Year’s greetings will be filmed. Children will have to express their emotions.”
As it turned out, the shooting lasted from 6 pm to 3 am, and for 9 hours of work the children received 500 hryvnia.
